Connect Stripe and get paid online
Connect your own Stripe account so customers can pay invoices by card — FieldOps takes a 0% platform fee.

FieldOps uses your own Stripe account for card payments. Money lands directly in your bank, you pay only Stripe's standard processing rate (2.9% + 30¢), and FieldOps adds a 0% platform fee — we never take a cut of your jobs.
- 1Open Settings → Payments and click the connect button.
- 2Follow Stripe's onboarding — business details and the bank account for payouts. If you already have a Stripe account you can connect it instead of creating one.
- 3When Stripe finishes verifying, the page shows payments as active. From then on, every sent invoice link includes a pay-by-card button.
Once connected you can also collect card payments in person from a job page, and take deposits when a customer approves a quote.
Cash and check payments don't need Stripe at all — you can record those on any invoice or job from day one.
