Review and complete a job
Finish work in one place, with saved drafts, notes, checklists and photos.
Updated Jul 30, 2026
- 1Open Review & complete job. Confirm the customer, address and appointment.
- 2Check off the work, type optional completion notes, and choose several photos or take a photo. New photo uploads require Pro or Max; notes and checklists remain core features.
- 3Review previews and remove unwanted selections. Notes, checklist answers and photos save locally first, then sync for this account, workspace and job. Wait for Synced · Available on your other devices, then open the same job on desktop or phone while signed into the same account. Photos upload into the job gallery during sync; removing a selection removes it from this review, not the gallery.
- 4If both devices edited the draft before syncing, review the other version and explicitly choose which one to keep. Offline changes remain on that device until it reconnects. Choose Complete job while connected. Upload progress is shown, and any failed save keeps the draft for a safe retry. Previously accepted uploads are not repeated. Required checklist warnings need explicit acknowledgement.
- 5Overview shows the completed work record, recorded completion time and technician when available, photos, and authorized billing information. A completed job is not automatically paid. Customer signature capture remains optional.
Phone development builds retain encrypted local drafts. Signing out clears local copies; only successfully synced drafts can be restored after signing in. Drafts are private to your account, not shared with other technicians. The expanded completion review needs a connection to confirm all attachments; the existing offline completion queue remains available separately for already-recorded work. If device storage fails, keep the review open and retry saving before leaving.
