Multi-visit jobs
Put several scheduled visits on one job — each with its own date, time, and assigned tech — for multi-day work.

A patio build or remodel isn't one appointment. A multi-visit job keeps one job (one price, one invoice trail) while the calendar shows each visit separately.
- 1Open the job and find the Visits card.
- 2Add each visit with its date, time (or all-day), an optional assigned tech, and notes. Owners and admins manage visits; techs see them read-only.
- 3The calendar shows one block per visit, labeled "Visit 1/3", "Visit 2/3", and so on — drag any visit to move just that day.
- 4The job's own date always mirrors the next upcoming visit, so job lists and reports stay accurate without extra work.
A tech assigned to any visit sees the whole job, and appointment reminders go out per visit. A job can be multi-visit or recurring, not both — recurring generates separate repeat jobs, multi-visit puts several dates inside one.
