Recurring jobs
Set a job to repeat weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly — FieldOps keeps the calendar filled about two months ahead.
Updated Jul 30, 2026
Maintenance work runs on a rhythm. Make a job recurring and FieldOps pre-generates the upcoming visits — same customer, property, tech, details, and pricing — so your calendar shows real, editable jobs about two months out.
- 1Open the job and set its Recurring Schedule — weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
- 2Save. The upcoming visits appear immediately on the calendar and in the job's recurring card.
- 3Completing any visit automatically tops the series back up, so it never runs dry.
- 4Need to change the whole series? Edit the job's details and tick "Apply to future visits" — unstarted future visits update together, each keeping its own date.
Every generated visit is a normal job — you can reschedule, reassign, or cancel any single one without touching the rest. A job can be recurring or multi-visit, not both.
