Job checklists
Build reusable checklist templates, attach them to jobs, and let the crew check items off in the field.
Updated Jul 30, 2026
Checklists turn tribal knowledge into a repeatable process — the same steps on every install, every close-out, every spring cleanup.
- 1Open Settings → Checklists and build a template: named, ordered items, each optionally marked Required.
- 2On a job, attach the template from the Checklist card — the items are copied onto the job, so editing the template later never changes past jobs. You can also add one-off items directly.
- 3The assigned tech checks items off from their phone; progress ("3/7") shows on the jobs list and in calendar tooltips.
- 4Completing a job with unchecked Required items shows a warning — it never blocks, it just makes sure nobody closes out blind.
Picked a trade at signup? You likely already have starter templates — and if your checklist list is empty, Settings → Checklists offers to add your trade's starters in one click.
