Set up your company

Create your account, pick your trade, and finish your company settings so everything else has the right defaults.

Signing up takes a couple of minutes and no credit card. The one choice worth a moment of thought is your trade — it sets your default job types, booking services, starter price book, and starter checklists. It's defaults only: you can change it anytime, and nothing is ever deleted when you do.

  1. 1Go to runfieldops.com/signup and create your account.
  2. 2Name your company and pick the trade closest to what you do. A combo crew (say, lawns and hardscapes) is covered whichever one it picks — either list includes the shared work.
  3. 3Open Settings → Company and fill in your contact info, service area, and operational defaults.
  4. 4Upload your logo and set your brand color in the same page — they appear on the quotes, invoices, and emails your customers see.

The dashboard shows a getting-started checklist for your first month — it ticks itself off as you add a customer, create a job, send a quote, and connect payments.
