Set up your online booking page
A public estimate-request page customers use to pick services, add photos, and request work — shareable or embeddable on your site.
Updated Jul 30, 2026
Every FieldOps workspace gets a public booking page where customers request an estimate: they pick one or more services, add project details, a budget range, a timeline, and up to three photos.
- 1Open Settings → Booking to find your page link and configure it.
- 2The services list starts from your trade's defaults — edit, reorder, or reset it anytime; the public page updates automatically.
- 3Share the link directly, or embed the form on your own website with the iframe snippet on the same settings page.
- 4New requests land in Bookings with the service chips, budget, timeline, and photo thumbnails — work them New → Contacted → Converted, and convert good ones straight into a job.
The form is protected by a captcha and rate limits, so bots don't flood your inbox. Photos are compressed on the customer's phone before upload, so submissions stay fast on job-site connections.
